Dusty Sumner - Managing Partner

Dusty specializes in the creative execution of great ideas through creative direction, art direction and design. He can elevate any brand’s perception in the market place through his keen grasp of marketing as well as his understanding of each client’s business. Work Dusty has assisted on has won numerous regional, national, and international awards. Along with the recognition, he has extensive experience in branding. Dusty has branded or re-branded numerous companies while taking pride in helping brands fulfill their full potential. Dusty is curious about all facets of marketing and advertising and tries to keep up on all the new social media and web-based fads that change on a seemingly weekly basis.

 

Dusty has overseen new business development and daily interaction with multiple clients ranging from VP’s to Marketing Directors to Business Owners. Dusty has worked closely with account teams and creative departments as well as outsource vendors. He has overseen the entire creative process from the research, concept and strategy, to presentation, Design and Art Direction and Creative Direction, to photoshoots, press-checks, and programming.


Greg Nations - Managing Partner

Greg Nations has over twenty five years of professional experience in the field of advertising and marketing. He has demonstrated the ability to increase sales and market share by improving consumer awareness, creating new marketing ideas via the Internet and social marketing, as well as traditional media, in response to the ever-changing market landscape. Greg moved up the ranks from Art Director to Executive Creative Director at both large, international conglomerate agencies as well as smaller, privately held companies. Work on which he collaborated has won regional, national, and international awards. The list of agencies for which Greg has worked includes Leo Burnett, Chicago; Ogilvy & Mather, Dallas; GSD&M, Austin; Firehouse, Dallas; McCabe & Company, New York City; DDB Chicago; and Hal Riney & Partners, Chicago.


Greg has both personally created and overseen creative development on a wide variety of nationally known accounts. One of the highlights of Greg’s career was creating and producing the very first McDonald’s television campaign for Mainland China.

 

Greg’s professional experience includes daily management decisions, hiring and firing employees,
researching new business prospects, daily interaction with existing clients as well as being extensively involved in new business development. He has worked closely with account management teams to develop marketing strategies, and managed not only creative departments, but also traffic and studio departments. He has overseen the entire creative process from idea inception, presenting and selling the idea to the client, production layout and design; radio, photo, and television commercial shoots; and post-production including editing, music, color correction and motion graphics.
